1. Is hypnosis safe?
Yes, hypnosis is completely safe when conducted by a qualified and trained hypnotherapist. You remain fully in control. throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against your will. Unlike how it's often portrayed in movies or media, hypnotherapy is a respectful, supportive, and effective process that works with your consent and awareness at all times.
  2. What if I don't wake up from hypnosis?
This is a common fear, but completely unfounded. There are no known cases of
anyone getting stuck in a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is simply a natural, relaxed state of awareness. You can return to full alertness at any time.
  3. Can hypnosis damage the brain? Is it
possible?
No, hypnosis does not damage the brain or any other organ. In fact, during hypnosis, your mind becomes more focused and alert. This heightened state of awareness supports deeper understanding, emotional release, and healing.
  4. Will you take out all the secrets from my mind?
No. In hypnotherapy, it is always your own mind that chooses which memories or information to access. A hypnotherapist cannot make you reveal anything you do not wish to share. You remain fully in control throughout the entire process.
  5. How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on the issue being addressed and each individual's response to therapy. Some concerns may be resolved within 3 to 5 sessions, while others may require more. We do not recommend unnecessary sessions. Once noticeable improvement is achieved, we guide clients with appropriate daily routines to help maintain their progress.
